Terms of Use / End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and App Showcase ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of this website and the applications ("Apps") listed on it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or downloading and using any App listed here, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or the Apps.

2. License Grant

4. Restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Apps or this website.
• You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any App, except where permitted by law.
• You may not use any App for unlawful purposes.

5. Updates

Apps may be updated periodically. Version history and release notes for each App are published on that App's details page on this website.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps and this website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Showcase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Apps or this website.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate it at any time if you fail to comply with its terms, at which point you must stop using the Apps and this website.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may revise this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Apps or this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
